The Fresh Start program is such a great program Jeff Belzers offers. They do A LOT to get customers in vehicles. Jessica Gitch worked hard to get me my offer with low money down & into a great vehicle. She answered all my questions very quick and was up front and honest about everything. Even when we hit bumps in the road, Jessica did everything she could to get me what I needed. Hunter came with me for a test drive and was a joy to have with. He helped me with paperwork & some insurance questions. I appreciate everything this dealership and Jessica has done for me and I will definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fresh start!

My experience with Jeff Belzer Lakeville was nothing short of incredible ! I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from them in April 2023.{ I love it by the way.) Any way,the battery started showing signs of imminent failure in late August. A 1/2 dozen failed starts and other warning signs resulted in me contacting Belzer's Customer Service folks to see what they might do for me, if anything. I explained the situation to them and was scheduled an appointment to test the battery. I'm sorry but I had low expectations. Their service people tested the battery and I was told the battery indicated that it needed a charge. I explained that I had had it on the charger that morning. The service tech stated that being the case that they would just replace it. I was definitely pleasantly surprised ! I feel that they took make the customer happy to a new level. A big thank you and kudos to Jeff Belzer.s dealership and especially their Service Department.

Dave Nowacki is the best. Straight forward and honest so any issues are up front so they can be handled limiting surprises. I try to involve him in any of my new purchases with brands under the Belzer umbrella.
