    I cannot say enough great things about Jeff Belzer KIA and the salesman I dealt with, JUSTIN SMALLFIELD. I'm from Michigan and all the dealers around the Detroit Metro area are charging $5,000 plus over the MSRP sticker price for the Telluride, AKA the "Selluride". ! . In searching for a Kia Telluride, I found Jeff Belzer Kia in Lakeville,MN and talked to Justin. He was very helpful and upfront about their KIA pricing and told me that they will not go above MSRP. We ordered my wife's Telluride on 6/21/21 and I picked it up on 9/24/21. Throughout the process, Justin kept me well informed on what was going on with the car. I flew in from Michigan and met Justin at the dealership (he came in early for me!) I also want to mention Tim (the finance person) who got me a better finance deal than what KIA was offering. Thank you! Overall, a great experience at Jeff Belzer KIA and I would go back there again to purchase a KIA product.

    Dealer seems to be a professional outfit and works like a well oiled machine. Threw a new charger in the car for me when we saw it didn’t have one. No complaints about Jordan, my sales rep. He did a great job. My beef is with whomever inspected the car upon delivery to the dealer, as well as the crew responsible for cleaning the car before delivery to the customer. Upon getting home (~100 mile drive), I found the car had the infamous “Shift to Park” error common to Volts, Malibus, and a few other Chevys. I arranged for this to get fixed by my local dealer. The more disturbing thing I found was that there was dog hair on many of the interior surfaces, such as the crevice between the carpet in the tailgate and the back seats, as well as on the carpeting in the rear foot area. Ultimately, this is my fault for accepting the car in such condition, but as it was raining at the time I wasn’t as thorough on the delivery inspection as I should’ve been. Nonetheless, it should be mentioned. Overall I would still recommend the dealer given the experience I had. I was seamless, quick, and totally worth the drive. Just make sure you inspect your car before you accept delivery.

I always walk into any dealership a little defensive because of bad past experiences at other dealers (high pressure sales, slick salesmen, etc.) and I always appreciate when a salesman just talks to me like a regular guy. I wasn't even sure I was going to buy that day, but Donny made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Business Manager Sean was very personable and answered all of my questions. I can't speak to the trade-in process, as I didn't have a trade-in for this vehicle purchase. Trisha LeMieux was GREAT! She was helping me for over 6 months before I finally made the purchase. From the very start of my "thinking about" buying a new vehicle in January, to making the purchase in July, she was helpful and patient.     I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Belzer’s after going to three different dealerships and receiving subpar service. This was my first time at Jeff’s and from the minute that I inquired about SUV’s, every person that I was involved with was extremely helpful and not pushy. I felt like I was the only person that mattered even though I could see about 8 other meetings happening. The process that they have established at Jeff Belzer’s was so smooth that I have officially switched where I will purchase my vehicle’s from now even though I live over an hour away! The salesmen that I worked with, Alex and Anthony, were so down to earth and had the best communication —- I felt like I could trust them immediately! Anthony and a few others stayed hours after the dealership closed (I left at 10pm— they closed at 8pm) to assist me with my purchase and when I was not able to drive the new vehicle home (because I can’t drive two vehicles at the same time), I came in the next morning 2 hours before open and Zac, the delivery coordinator that helped me the night before, offered to drive in to the dealership on his day off AND 2 hours before the dealership even opened to finish showing me how to use all the new features I now have so that I could still get to work myself at a reasonable time. Thank you all for making me feel important and understanding my needs! I cannot brag enough about the people here and am so happy I found this dealership. I love my new 2021 Kia Sorento and will definitely be back for my future vehicle!

    Top service from my salesman James Runkle, Brandyn Lindgren, Business Manager Sean Guffey, to my addon's guy Nathan. Everything about my visit was exceptional. I was shown many model of KIA, outside what I was looking for to the model I choose to take. Knowledge was super, going over options, down to details of different models. They all keyed into exactly what my needs were and what was important to me. Nothing about my visit was below par, exceptional across the board. I took my time, about 3 1/2 hours of their time, and they met my every need. They all went above and beyond to make this experience a GREAT one. I would rate everyone 11/10 stars if i could, no detail was left unchecked, no question too small. My shopping experience started online, on several models, and James Runkle took his time with me and let me explore all the options available to me. They knew staying with the Kia Family was important to me, but stepped outside those bound and let me explore. This will be a dealership I can grow with, and will keep me in good hands. I was in today, shopping for a new car/suv, two days out from a car accicent that took my KIA Optima. Told James I am a little gun shy, and he stepped up, showed me which roads to take to feel safe in my new car buying experience. They let me drive around in the open areas of their lot, to be comfortable to hit the roads. This is caring, about me, about my concerns, and about some of my fears. I test drove a few and narrowed it down to what I liked about each one, then searched what was available, not just on their lot but other options, and help me through my buying choices. I walked out a proud owner of a New 2021 KIA Sportage, and couldn't be happier with my selection. I just want you all to know, this is the place to go, and you will be taken care of.

    It was a quick and fairly painless process (there is always some stress involved with purchasing a new vehicle), and Trisha made it quite easy as possible. The staff was quite courteous as I had meetings throughout the day while at the dealership, and they accommodated my timing very well. As said in other reviews the dealerships were quite busy and they managed very well.

From the moment I contacted Brandyn about preordering my TRX, through trade-in, financing, and final delivery, the communication and customer service was excellent. No surprises. Very straightforward and honest dealership. Even though this was a highly sought-after vehicle, they honored their up-front pricing commitment, and I paid no more than MSRP.

    We worked with Rylell Harvey and he was awesome! He was really helpful and knowledgeable on all the different models. This helped so much in coming to the decision to purchase a new 2021 Chevy Equinox Premier. The rest of the staff were great too, and they all worked together like a well oiled machine to bring us through the process quickly and painlessly! They all even made it fun! I would definitely recommend this dealership! And if you do go with Jeff Belzer's Lakeville, ask for Rydell!
