I had a relatively good experience. I like the people and I was in and out as about as quickly as anyone could expect. They took care of me and kept me updated throughout the ordering and buying process of my new truck and shot me a fair trade in price on my existing vehicle. The only Dissatisfaction I have is when my new truck came with a Tonneau cover I did not care for, I asked them to trade it out for a different one or buy it back for me in exchange for another one and they wouldn’t. They sold me an additional tonneau cover so now I have two and I have to figure out how to get rid of the other one

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jeff Belzer’s after going to three different dealerships and receiving subpar service. This was my first time at Jeff’s and from the minute that I inquired about SUV’s, every person that I was involved with was extremely helpful and not pushy. I felt like I was the only person that mattered even though I could see about 8 other meetings happening. The process that they have established at Jeff Belzer’s was so smooth that I have officially switched where I will purchase my vehicle’s from now even though I live over an hour away! The salesmen that I worked with, Alex and Anthony, were so down to earth and had the best communication —- I felt like I could trust them immediately! Anthony and a few others stayed hours after the dealership closed (I left at 10pm— they closed at 8pm) to assist me with my purchase and when I was not able to drive the new vehicle home (because I can’t drive two vehicles at the same time), I came in the next morning 2 hours before open and Zac, the delivery coordinator that helped me the night before, offered to drive in to the dealership on his day off AND 2 hours before the dealership even opened to finish showing me how to use all the new features I now have so that I could still get to work myself at a reasonable time. Thank you all for making me feel important and understanding my needs! I cannot brag enough about the people here and am so happy I found this dealership. I love my new 2021 Kia Sorento and will definitely be back for my future vehicle!

It was all pretty convenient It was a few months ago I inquired about a Silverado HD Yesterday I got a flow up email I called Brandon, he informed me he was taking over for a salesman that no longer worked there I told him I was interested in a 2500 or 3500 high country He checked it out He had a black one ready to go or a silver on coming in in about a month I drove right there to check it out I didn’t think I’d like it since I had my heart set on silver and a 3500 It turned out I really liked the truck- We talked numbers and it was good I ended up driving the truck home From Brandon the salesman to Andy the financial guy and everyone In between it was a great experience I’ve yet to find a dealership I’d want to buy from more than once till now !

I cannot say enough great things about Jeff Belzer KIA and the salesman I dealt with, JUSTIN SMALLFIELD. I'm from Michigan and all the dealers around the Detroit Metro area are charging $5,000 plus over the MSRP sticker price for the Telluride, AKA the "Selluride". ! . In searching for a Kia Telluride, I found Jeff Belzer Kia in Lakeville,MN and talked to Justin. He was very helpful and upfront about their KIA pricing and told me that they will not go above MSRP. We ordered my wife's Telluride on 6/21/21 and I picked it up on 9/24/21. Throughout the process, Justin kept me well informed on what was going on with the car. I flew in from Michigan and met Justin at the dealership (he came in early for me!) I also want to mention Tim (the finance person) who got me a better finance deal than what KIA was offering. Thank you! Overall, a great experience at Jeff Belzer KIA and I would go back there again to purchase a KIA product.

I can't speak to the trade-in process, as I didn't have a trade-in for this vehicle purchase. Trisha LeMieux was GREAT! She was helping me for over 6 months before I finally made the purchase. From the very start of my "thinking about" buying a new vehicle in January, to making the purchase in July, she was helpful and patient. Highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

My experience with their car dealing service was...

My experience with their car dealing service was unprofessional and inefficient. On day 1 I was approved for a car and with no issues on the financial side and drove home with my car. 3 weeks later I get a phone call saying they found something that disqualifies me from signing a contract with them. As I try to refinance with a different bank, I keep getting calls from them saying if I can down pay 1 grand in one day, I can keep my car, but with a higher monthly payment. The next day they kept calling and texting saying if I cannot come up with the money, they will need the car back. I felt pressured and harassed but they are expecting me to gather money in short notice. I decided to return the car, but then again, they kept going with the calls trying to still get me to come up with the down payment. Their services was not thorough with doing my credit checks. This was something that should have been found on day 1 when I handed them all my paperwork. They are also unprofessional calling and harassing me every day about taking the car away when I did not make the down payment. One of the representatives, Jessica Gitch, was one the calling me. While trying to talk to her to understand my situation, she yelled at me saying she’s putting in more effort than I am, so she will just come get the car.
