This was my first visit to Belzers.
This was my first visit to Belzers. I usually go to Lupient in Bloomington. Due to the car situation there was nothing available. I found Belzers online and thought I would swing out there to see what was available. It was time to turn in my lease and I was thinking of either purchasing or going into another lease. Luckily I found a vehicle right away. The dealership and the staff are very nice and friendly.

Jeff Belzer dealership had the KIA Sportage we were looking for - the specs met ours. There were a few glitches during the process. Our salesman didn’t know that we were showing up to get the vehicle. The vehicle was not prepped. We didn’t get a walk around the vehicle, only a review of the electronics.

It had what I wanted, Tom was spectacular. He listened to what I was looking for, responded quickly, and had my Equinox ready to drive when we arrived. I hadn't planned to purchase that day, just see if I liked the sunroof option. (I had been working with another dealership.) I did and I liked the price. Tom ran the numbers and gave my husband and me some time to chat and calculate numbers. There was NO pressure, just friendly, professional help. We said yes, he gave us a tour of the facility and helped us throughout the entire process. He even checked in in us the day after we brought it home! The others were great, also. Tim and Jamie in finance, worked to find to find the lowest interest rates, and select which portion of which additional options we wanted, then helped us secure the loan. Two other young men helped as well, one explaining other options available to purchase and the other to explain all of the gadgets and sync my phone. The first explained everything well and applied no pressure to purchase. Tim/Tom (the second) synced my phone, set everything up and was very patient as he explained all of the buttons and features to me. We are very pleased with our experience!

We drove over 400 miles to this dealership to view the vehicle we ended up purchasing based upon Tom's reassurance that the vehicle, it's condition, and the pricing (actual sales price, no hidden fees, no shenanigans, etc.) was exactly what he told us, which it was. I had a relatively good experience. I like the people and I was in and out as about as quickly as anyone could expect. They took care of me and kept me updated throughout the ordering and buying process of my new truck and shot me a fair trade in price on my existing vehicle. The only Dissatisfaction I have is when my new truck came with a Tonneau cover I did not care for, I asked them to trade it out for a different one or buy it back for me in exchange for another one and they wouldn’t. They sold me an additional tonneau cover so now I have two and I have to figure out how to get rid of the other one

Scammy scammy company and really bad service from Brandon Paape. Selling cars above retail pricing isn’t really a good business model! You can purchase a new Tesla directly from Tesla for less model! Watch out! They said it was more money at first because it was FSD capable meaning nothing! They lead us to believe it came with FSD! Watch out everyone; this company is being scammy and isn’t anyones friend!

My experience with their car dealing service was unprofessional and inefficient. On day 1 I was approved for a car and with no issues on the financial side and drove home with my car. 3 weeks later I get a phone call saying they found something that disqualifies me from signing a contract with them. As I try to refinance with a different bank, I keep getting calls from them saying if I can down pay 1 grand in one day, I can keep my car, but with a higher monthly payment. The next day they kept calling and texting saying if I cannot come up with the money, they will need the car back. I felt pressured and harassed but they are expecting me to gather money in short notice. I decided to return the car, but then again, they kept going with the calls trying to still get me to come up with the down payment. Their services was not thorough with doing my credit checks. This was something that should have been found on day 1 when I handed them all my paperwork. They are also unprofessional calling and harassing me every day about taking the car away when I did not make the down payment. One of the representatives, Jessica Gitch, was one the calling me. While trying to talk to her to understand my situation, she yelled at me saying she’s putting in more effort than I am, so she will just come get the car.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership at the end of April 2022. Our experience was awful. The person who helped us in the finance dept was inexperienced in his position, to the point that our bank was concerned about the transaction. This dealership made what was supposed to be a fun experience getting a new car for my birthday into a complete headache. My husband and I could not get out of the dealership fast enough when the sale was complete. Had we not gotten so far into the buying process and been at the dealership for over 3 hours we would have said forget it and gotten a car elsewhere . After leaving I received an email about leaving a review on my experience. I was honest about our awful experience . I had to return to the dealership by myself two weeks later to have a feature added to my car that I had paid for at the initial sale, and I stopped in sales to get a second set of keys at no cost that I was promised. Not only had they not ordered the extra set of keys for me, the person who helped me in the sales department told they changed their mind on giving me a 2nd key at no cost because I shared my negative review online. I was told that I could get my key at no cost only if my review was removed. The sales person was rude and treated me horribly and it was the worst example of customer service that I have ever experienced. When a customer is treated poorly and you don’t want to hear about their experience don’t ask. Buyer beware when investing time and money into buying a vehicle skip Jeff Belzers in Lakeville MN. There are plenty of other car dealerships who will treat you nicely and appreciate you as their customer.
