Second purchase from this dealership in 25 yrs, this visit seemed better than the first. Any brand of used vehicle not included in Beltzers primary new product sales line requires new learning by sales personnel. I've driven a Sienna hybrid part time for 3 yrs, it does take a few days to become familiar with it. Mike did a good job, and explained most of the options. Very well detailed and clean. Toyota Remote Start not explained, but I found information on-line how to use, as the FOB did not have a separate key button for it. Disappointed in the trade-in offer, had a higher number at other dealerships. Finance % rate was better than I expected. I think a follow-up phone call and a review in 3 months would be good for on-going customer satisfaction. Hopefully I will be happy with the purchase as time goes on.

Dan made the deal / entire process extremely easy. What brought me into your dealership was the great deal on the truck, if you guys keep offering great deals more people will come. You guys realize that even though this truck was in high demand the current economy and people not buying trucks like they used to applies to your pricing which is great. Also the truck it’s awesome, Chevy knocked it out of the park with what they offer in this zr2 for the price. Right now you can price out a Jeep Gladiator Mojave at close to $70,000 and it’s still missing options the Colorado ZR2 has for around 50k. Even the Tacoma trd pro in the low $60’s doesn’t have a front locker. So thanks Chevy for making the exact truck people want for an awesome price. And thank you Dan for making the deal with me.

The buying experience at Jeff Belzer was , I guess, average. Everyone is helpful and interested in making sure you get what you need, but in my case, the purchase of an electric vehicle left me unsure about their overall knowledge of the details. For example, I received a variety of stories on the warranty on the high voltage battery. Chevy's website says 8 years, 100 k miles. The sales person says it's 6 years. The business manager tells me it's 3/36000. As an EV customer this was my biggest concern - having to replace a battery in a couple years. But the conflicting messages pushed me into buying the extended warranty, which Iin retrospect I am not sure I need. This makes me feel like the folks at the dealership are more interested in selling extended warranties than making sure I got what I needed (the warranty is fine; I just want to be able to make an informed decision based on correct information). The other thing I dislike is the waiting for various people to do their thing. I came in, signed several docs, then waited for the accessory guy, then the business manager. This could/should have been ready to go, but I guess the final paperwork depended on whether I bought accessories?? I would have preferred to be a little more in and out than the three hours it took. I'm happy with the car, and happy with the extended warranty I bought. But I'd prefer to leave a dealer feeling like I can trust their knowledge and information and knowing I made buying decisions based on good information.

While the initial sales experience was positive, the follow-through on key details and extra warrantee left me very disappointed. Here are the specific issues I encountered: Missing Key: I specifically confirmed that I needed two keys before taking the car for a test drive, and was informed that it would not be a problem. Despite this, the second key wasn't readily available. I was told it would be mailed, but I have yet to receive it (as of July 2024) despite multiple follow-up calls (over 10). Always told the same we will get back to you and no one ever has. Extended Warranty: My inquiry about an extended warranty was brushed aside, and it was revisited when financing. I specifically mentioned wanting to use my credit card to rebuild credit, but the finance department then pressured me to add the warranty to my credit card. Unprepared Delivery: Upon picking up the car, it wasn't fully charged (despite calling ahead to confirm a full charge for the drive home). Additionally, the charging cable needed to be added to the trunk. We needed to go back that same night to get it, and we were given part of it, not all of it. Questionable Service: I paid for a seat treatment, but I wonder if it was performed. Overall, the lack of attention to detail and follow-through significantly impacted my experience. This was a significant purchase for me, amounting to around $20,000, and the dealership's lapses unfortunately overshadowed the initial positive interaction. I sincerely hope this review helps other potential customers be aware of these issues and make informed decisions. I also hope the garage gets back to me as we wanted to go by truck and send friends there, but now everything is on hold.

I told him where I wanted to be with my monthly payment they could not meet it and so be it, but pushed and pushed and pushed to no end And even followed me to my vehicle If you do business there find a different salesman. I don’t care if you sell it for MSRP or $4000 less at the end of the day it is the final dollar amount and made me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about
