I bought a new to me used Ram truck from these folks. My trade in vehicle had title issues due to Minnesota DMV errors. The people at Jeff Belzer's were patient and helpful in resolving this problem, allowing the trade in and vehicle purchase to proceed going above and beyond. The purchase transaction was straight forward and the team approach coordinated by Tricia LeMieux was very professional and efficient. I would definitely use their dealership again.

I dread buying cars, it’s never a pleasant experience, especially from a dealership. Jeff Belzers Lakeville has changed my opinion on that. Got paired up with Chase, who turned out to be amazing. No pressure, humorous, and laid back. He made the situation not at all stressful, we test drove a few vehicles I thought I wanted, and in the end he figured out the perfect car - not anything like I thought I wanted. He went above and beyond, and I’d recommend him to anyone.

The truck we bought is great, the initial buying experience was good, the customer service after the sale has been pretty poor. There was a chip in the windshield that was brought to their attention before we bought it, and we were told it had been filled to prevent cracking. A couple weeks after we bought it the chip turned into a crack that spans the entire windshield, so I attempted to contact them to find out who filled the chip so we could discuss replacement. I paid cash for the truck, yet they performed a hard credit card check on me when they fully understood that I was not seeking any form of financing or loan from them. This has had a detrimental effect on my credit score, affecting it at a critical time when I am shopping for a new home. At no point was I applying for any form of credit with Jeff Belzer.

These guys are scamming people. Do not, I repeat do not buy from this guy’s dealerships. You’ll regret it trust me. We bought a jeep for my niece and we’ve had nothing but issues. I came in nearly a week and a half prior to purchasing the vehicle and viewed it immediately after it arrived, before any detailing or body work had been completed. The following day, I called and committed to purchasing the truck.
