The purpose of driving thru the lot was to get ideas for a purchase within my budget of 25k. Chase greeted us with enthusiasm, positivity and humor which was appreciated. A Labor Day drive thru turned into a very satisfying purchase with sales and finance.

This is the 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from Jeff Belzers. It’s a 40 minute drive from my house but absolutely worth buying from them, the sales, finance, and even accessory people are always professional and friendly. I sent 3 of my daughters and my mom to purchase their vehicles from there, and they said the same thing. Worth the drive for the experience they had.
My recent experience at Jeff Blezzer in Lakeville was a mix of excellent customer service and disappointing interaction. Tom, the sales representative, was exceptionally professional, attentive, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and demonstrated genuine care in helping me move forward. If I could give Tom 10 stars, I absolutely would. He represents the kind of customer service every client hopes to receive.

I am writing this review specifically about the extremely poor service I received from the Jeff Belzer’s Service Department in Lakeville. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else for service.
I scheduled an appointment for two specific issues: my service airbag light had come on, and there was a squeaking noise coming from the rear of my truck. My salesman TOM was absolutely incredible. TOM seems to have a wealth of knowledge and was very friendly and answered all of my questions.
Jordan was very professional and very accommodating. We did as much paperwork as we could before I arrived. My entire experience at Belzer was first class.
Our salesman was Nick Bina. He was patient and informative as we looked at many different trucks. He asked all the right questions and pointed out the differences and highlights between models. Nick and I worked together through the complicated process of applying for the military discount of $500, couldn’t have done it without his help. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Nick. I will be having all my service done there.

Tom Vitter was our salesman. When he was unable to meet my wife and I at our desired time, he handed us off to Jordon Gifford, who took good care of us. I rated 4 stars, not because of Tom or Jordon, but because the new car had an obvious paint chip, and the detail department said nothing about this. When I informed Jordon emails chip, he took a photo and promised us he would have the body shop fix it for us at no charge. Tom and Jordon are both first class salesmen.
Everyone was beyond amazing, especially Tucker. I am older and have trouble walking and he went above and beyond to help me while I waited for.my new car.

Had a great experience shopping for a vehicle a couple months ago. Took a bit to decide which vehicle we wanted. Went back and they were very helpful to narrow down the trim we wanted. Will be going back if we ever want to upgrade another vehicle.

My experience here was really good, we were greeted by Juan one of your sales personnel, he was very kind and willing to help in what we were looking for. Juan showed us several trucks and was very detailed in the percentage and payment would have to give. Really nice guy, if I would go back, I would like for Juan to attend to us. I dread buying cars, it’s never a pleasant experience, especially from a dealership. Jeff Belzers Lakeville has changed my opinion on that. Got paired up with Chase, who turned out to be amazing. No pressure, humorous, and laid back. He made the situation not at all stressful, we test drove a few vehicles I thought I wanted, and in the end he figured out the perfect car - not anything like I thought I wanted. He went above and beyond, and I’d recommend him to anyone.

The truck we bought is great, the initial buying experience was good, the customer service after the sale has been pretty poor. There was a chip in the windshield that was brought to their attention before we bought it, and we were told it had been filled to prevent cracking.
