The 2025 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 has been revealed! This new model has been highly anticipated among car enthusiasts, and we must admit, it lives up to the hype. With its unprecedented power and iconic styling, the ZR1 aims to be the ultimate driving machine. Jeff Belzer’s Chevrolet is excited to share more information on design, performance, and more.

Design

The Corvette ZR1 keeps the foundation of previous Corvette models in terms of exterior design but adds intentional features for aerodynamics. With elements like wide side air inlets as well as airflow and cooling features, the ZR1 has the highest downforce of any Corvette manufactured. The intercooler heat exchanger, located under the hood, cools the charge air to extract airflow. This also creates front downforce and reduces drag. The side inlets are designed to cool the engine while maximizing air intake.

The smooth lines paired with the distinctive geometry of the Corvette exterior radiates power and performance. Colors available include the bold Competition Yellow, Sebring Orange, Riptide Blue, Torch Red, and Hysteria Purple along with the standard black, gray, and white. On the inside, you can expect to see premium materials and detailing. The steering wheel features a flat top and bottom so that the Corvette badging is prominent. It is also wrapped with leather and heated. Throughout the rest of the interior, luxury accents will match the exterior. The Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is available in a coupe or convertible.

Performance

The ZR1 has exceeded its predecessors in terms of performance. This is the first turbocharged Corvette ever with a twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 engine; let’s look at the performance metrics:

  • 1064 horsepowerblue Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 driving on road
  • 828 pounds of torque
  • 1,000 pounds of downforce
  • 3,000 RPM to 6,500 RPM
  • Drive a ¼ mile in under 10 seconds

These are impressive stats, and they are sure to get Corvette enthusiasts excited to get their hands on this latest model. The ZR1 is the fastest Corvette ever, surpassing its predecessor by significantly exceeding 212 miles per hour. Chevrolet has certainly outdone itself with the specs and performance of this vehicle, and we cannot wait to get behind the wheel.
