I had a great experience and received the lowest price of all the metro Kia dealers, for leasing a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid from Trisha LeMieux and Jeff Belzer Kia. They were one of the few dealers that had the color combination I was after, and even had 4 cars that matched what I wanted. After completing the credit check online, and sending in scans of my license and insurance, the time I spent in the dealership signing and taking delivery of the car was only 45 minutes. Tim in the finance paperwork office was a pro and got me through it as quick as I wanted to go, and didn't spend time pushing things I didn't want such as extended maintenance. Justin in delivery took as much time as I needed setting up the car for Kia Access app, and connecting my phone for Apple Carplay. Quick and no issues!

The truck we bought is great, the initial buying experience was good, the customer service after the sale has been pretty poor. There was a chip in the windshield that was brought to their attention before we bought it, and we were told it had been filled to prevent cracking. A couple weeks after we bought it the chip turned into a crack that spans the entire windshield, so I attempted to contact them to find out who filled the chip so we could discuss replacement. Several unanswered emails, even more unanswered voicemails, and when I did manage to talk to someone on the phone I was told someone else would get back to me and that never happened. With that level of non-attention I’m pretty soured with the whole thing.

Austin was AMAZING!
Austin was AMAZING! I had no idea what I was doing looking for a car, and he helped me the whole way. Never once pushy, had my best interests and my budget as priorities, was thoughtful and a good listener. Something you don’t see as often as you’d like to in sales. At the end of the day, I didn’t want to go to any other dealerships to look at other cars, because I wanted to work with Austin. He’s an absolute gem! Oh, and I absolutely LOVE the car he helped me get into! Will go back to him always, and will recommend to anyone shopping for a new car!

Amazing detail.
Amazing detail. There was intention with every person that was a part of the process of buying. It was nice to have a person that was dedicated to each step of the process and very knowledgable. When they didn’t have the answer they found it. That is what makes them experts.
