I had a great experience and received the lowest price of all the metro Kia dealers, for leasing a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid from Trisha LeMieux and Jeff Belzer Kia. They were one of the few dealers that had the color combination I was after, and even had 4 cars that matched what I wanted. After completing the credit check online, and sending in scans of my license and insurance, the time I spent in the dealership signing and taking delivery of the car was only 45 minutes. Tim in the finance paperwork office was a pro and got me through it as quick as I wanted to go, and didn't spend time pushing things I didn't want such as extended maintenance. The truck we bought is great, the initial buying
The truck we bought is great, the initial buying experience was good, the customer service after the sale has been pretty poor. There was a chip in the windshield that was brought to their attention before we bought it, and we were told it had been filled to prevent cracking. A couple weeks after we bought it the chip turned into a crack that spans the entire windshield, so I attempted to contact them to find out who filled the chip so we could discuss replacement. Several unanswered emails, even more unanswered voicemails, and when I did manage to talk to someone on the phone I was told someone else would get back to me and that never happened. With that level of non-attention I’m pretty soured with the whole thing.
