My recent experience at Jeff Blezzer in Lakeville was a mix of excellent customer service and disappointing interaction. Tom, the sales representative, was exceptionally professional, attentive, and respectful throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and demonstrated genuine care in helping me move forward. If I could give Tom 10 stars, I absolutely would. He represents the kind of customer service every client hopes to receive. Unfortunately, my interaction with the loan officer, Tim, was the complete opposite. His demeanor was unwelcoming, and he behaved as though assisting me with my application was a favor rather than his job. The lack of courtesy and professionalism was noticeable and unnecessary. Based on my experience, Tim would receive 0.5 stars. He would benefit greatly from training on customer service, empathy, and how to treat people with respect. Overall, Tom made the visit worthwhile, but the interaction with Tim left a negative impression. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as improving the loan officer experience would make a significant difference for future customers.

I had a great experience and received the lowest price of all the metro Kia dealers, for leasing a 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid from Trisha LeMieux and Jeff Belzer Kia. They were one of the few dealers that had the color combination I was after, and even had 4 cars that matched what I wanted. After completing the credit check online, and sending in scans of my license and insurance, the time I spent in the dealership signing and taking delivery of the car was only 45 minutes. Tim in the finance paperwork office was a pro and got me through it as quick as I wanted to go, and didn't spend time pushing things I didn't want such as extended maintenance. Justin in delivery took as much time as I needed setting up the car for Kia Access app, and connecting my phone for Apple Carplay. Quick and no issues!

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle was with Jeff Belzers Chevrolet. Put down a deposit and signed for a new vehicle that was on its way to the lot and then didn’t hear from anyone for over a week and anytime we contacted them they would just say “we’ll be in touch soon.” Finally we called and got someone on the phone and they told us they “couldn’t find the vehicle.” I’m assuming they sold it to someone else. Absolutely horrible place and the worst customer service. Oh and we also got low balled for our trade. We got $2,000 more for it somewhere else!
